Guest Posted December 31, 2020 Share Posted December 31, 2020 (edited) Who we are. The Company was founded in 1972, by then young Richard ‘Big Chuck’ Murphy in Colby, Kansas. Over the years, FORMCORE has mostly been a subcontractor for bigger companies, with some medium sized construction projects finished as a general contractor as well - with the major chunk of the work done in Kansas-Nebraska-Oklahoma and North Texas territories. In 2002 the Company changed its ownership, merging with TWOTOWN Construction Co. – with Thomas Oakville leading the way as the majority shareholder. With the economic crash in 2008, FORMCORE almost bankrupted – forced to diversify its operations and liquidating half of its assets to stay afloat. Doing his best to manage, Thomas Oakville was finally forced to sell the company back, to Big Chuck’s son Wayne C. Murphy – who had some roots stuck in the State of San Andreas, acquiring a construction license for The LLC in that state as well. What we do. Here in FORMCORE Construction LLC, we specialise in industrial and commercial building solutions. Our main line of focus is the structural integrity and an economic down to earth approach to construction blueprints that would let us pack it with various room types and give the whole structure a lively feeling. Two floors + a basement level with showers and sleeping area. Work is currently in progress. Soon to be finished.
