Can't run RAGE MP after exiting it once using Alt+F4

I need help fixing my game.

This happened for the first time over a week ago, I tried running Radeon Overlay while playing (it normally works) and I lost all RAGE commands and could only do things you normally can do in GTA 5. After quitting the game, I could not start RAGE again. I was getting random errors at first, but they stopped appearing after multiple tries to start RAGE. Now the Social Club starts loading the game, but it never launches it. Rockstar Launcher is still open in the hidden icons on my Windows, but the game doesn't start like it normally does after a minute or so.

Finally, I uninstalled the entire game, deleted all the files, then reinstalled it. This reset whatever was causing the problem, however the same day I tried to run Radeon Overlay again, I got stuck in a double-pointer glitch and had to shut my game down through either Alt+F4 or Task Manager. The problem was back again, Launcher loading RAGE forever.

I reinstalled the game yet again and the same happened, this time without Radeon Overlay but only with a random double-pointer bug that forced me to shut down the game, so I doubt it's the GPU software that's causing the problem but probably some variable that's being set by shutting the game down abnormally.

My story mode and GTA:O work fine.

I tried everything from here and nothing works. I couldn't find the solution on the entire board. Restarting my PC doesn't work either, only reinstalling the entire game, which I'm facing for the third time now. This has impacted my RP and I need to solve it asap.

I found a solution.

 

Starting the Steam first on my own, and only then running ragemp_v.exe instead of updater.exe launched the game well.

 

EDIT: Nope, worked just once until the game crashed, can't run it this way anymore either.

Had a problem similar to this, try to completley uninstall the game, restart your computer then install it again.

I did, it worked until the next crash I had, then I couldn't start the game again.

This works so far until I'm forced to shut down the game like before, then I can't start it again until restarting the PC. After I restart the computer and redo this same thing, it launches properly again. I'll be able to function like this and I'll have to do it until I find a permanent solution.
