Hospital staff added to /onduty

Short description: Add Pillbox Hill staff / hospital staff counts to the /onduty command.

Detailed description: With the new addition of the Pillbox Hill Medical Center, it is hard to distinguish whether hospital staff is online/available or not without having to ask or request them on every single incident. It would be good to know if anyone is on shift at the time or not and thus leading to NPC RP similar to coroners, FD and others that is shown through the /onduty command rather than taking a gamble.

How would your suggestion improve the server? As stated above, it makes it easier to distinguish whether hospital staff would be available or not without requesting/asking/paging for said group on every single incident that might require their assistance. Similar to the FD or coroner duty count, it allows to show available/onduty members of said faction without unnecessarily requesting/paging for staff.

Support, also it would be nice if the red medical marker on the map could be filled in or made brighter when somebody is onduty there.

This is currently not possible with how the hospital is set up inside the LSGOV faction.

Yeah, could be great if it worked just like LSSD's /jailduty. The command is used when someone is on duty inside TTCF. It doesn't do anything except for show it for everyone in /onduty. Something like /hospitalduty could work!
