Mechanic Responsibilities: The following list includes the essential duties/responsibilities of this job

classification: 

- Installing new componets as per client requests to improve vehicle performance.

- Repairing vehicles including preventative maintenance. This includes repairs to air & hydraulic lines, tires, warranty procedures, driveline, steering, suspension, etc.

 

Shift Manager Responsibilities [CLOSED - INTERNAL PROMOTIONS ONLY]:

- Opening and managing the garage at given times while ensuring excellent customer service by Auto Exotic personnel.

- Installing new componets as per client requests to improve vehicle performance.

- Repairing vehicles including preventative maintenance. This includes repairs to air & hydraulic lines, tires, warranty procedures, driveline, steering, suspension, etc.

- The pay rate for this position is 30% of total earnings for each order processed by the employee.

Shifts: 

Auto Exotic uses a threefold shift system. Shifts are not meant to be restrictive and each employee is free to show up for work whenever they please as long as they maintain an acceptable level of activity. Signing up for a specific shift does not restrict you from attending other shifts. It serves as a way to micromanage the garage, keep track of on-duty employees and document attendance.

 

Shift A - 06:00 am - 02:00 pm

Shift B - 02:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Shift C - 10:00 pm - 06:00 am

Requirements: 

- Must be able to perform all duties of a a mechanic.

- Must be able to function effectively as a member of a team.

- Must be at least 19 years of age.

 

- (( It is recommended that employees are able to use the business blip command. ))

- (( Your character background must be realistic in order for your character to fit in a local auto care center. ))

- (( Must not be in possession of unrealistic assets. Auto Exotic Management conducts frequent asset checks with the help of Property Management. ))
