Born and raised in Davis neighborhood, Eric had to move out with his mom due to her finding a new job in Vespucci Beach. The next day he found out about W/S School Yard Crip activity in the area, when Rion Cobb, local gang member, approached Eric late night and confronted him. When he found out that Eric was never about that life back in Davis, Rion told him to stay inside and away from affiliates. The very next evening, Kelley bumped into a group of gang members.

Eric eventually decides to take Destiny Pitts, the daughter of a local OG, out, who's known around the neighborhood for being ratchet and acting untouchable around her father. After talking to Rion Cobb at a local party, Eric decides to ask Shontae Pitts' for his blessing to do that. The very next morning it became known that Trayvon "TL Baby Y-Face" Green was gunned down by LSPD at night.
