Known For: Selling clothes throughout the neighborhood of Morningwood and online from his own brand Important Civiltá & Co; only gives discounts on his clothing to those closet to him. Also known for being one of the faces of the Baby Insanes for his generation alongside others. He's some-what of a tag banger but isn't identified as one due to him also being active in the streets apart from tagging. Attends Del Perro Polytechnic High School and is known throughout the school for being rebellious and disruptive during class hours. If anybody attends class with him he's always asking for answers; passing all his classes even though he barely shows up due to this.

 

Notable Details about Tracy Gaines:

I. Tracy started his own brand in early November and his first customers were a few of his homies from the neighborhood.

II. Most of the hit-ups around the neighborhood are likely to be from Tracy as he's always patrolling through the turf tagging when he's alone.

III. Tracy currently lives with his older sister, Miracle, while his father is serving time behind bars for various weapons charges.

IV. Tracy has several family members from enemy hoods, one of his closest cousins that he grew up with and spent time with on the daily as kids later on grew up to be from 2NGC (Naughty Nasty Gangster Crip); one of ICG's biggest rivals. 

V. Tracy was apart of the football team in Del Perro Polytechnic High School but was later on kicked off of the team due to his attendance and grades not being up-to-par his Freshman year. During his Sophomore year his grades improved but he never tried out to be apart of the team.

VI. Tracy has only been apart of one gang-related shooting at the moment. There's rumors between reputable members that he was present in the shooting of a Bricc Boy Crip last year which left the victim partially paralyzed.

VII. There's a video of Tracy during his Freshman year being jumped by various members of the West Coast Crips (Rollin 80's) that circulated during the time and was posted on the famous LSHOODMEDIA Instagram page. Although it resulted in him being beat up, he held his ground throughout the entire situation and didn't turn down the fades. 

 

Money Oriented — This character gang bangs for the sole purpose of its monetary gain. This character is always after money, getting it any way they can.

Tag Banger — You're a banger that likes to tag up walls with spraypaint, it's your thing. You take pride in embarrassing rival neighborhoods on the wall and marking your grounds with your gang related hit-ups. It's important to you for outsiders to know where they are and that rival gangs are not welcome.

Stoner — This character smokes all day, everyday. They're very nonchalant about a lot of things probably, and just want to know where the weed is at. Because of them being around weed a lot, they may sell a few bags here and there just so they can re-up and smoke some more weed.

Worker — This character has a legal job that makes their money. They probably work at one of the convenience stores in El Corona, and come kick it with the homies after work. If it's a store some gang members frequently visit, they can hook the gang members up and give them discounts.
 

Clothing Creator — This character is into fashion heavy. This character has their own brand and promotes it throughout the hood to the homies. This character is also probably heavy on social media, trying to flex on their peers with the newest clothes and shoes.

The Insane Crips once shared a close alliance with the Rollin 20s Crips and co-existed well as a unit in the same area, bonded by neighborhood and family ties. However, during the 1980's, this close alliance was shattered by pride and egos resulting in a trial of casualties on both sides. They also feud with the West Coast Crips, Brick Boy Crips, Naughty Nasty Gangster Crips, Mac Mafia Crips, all Rollin 0's gangs and Varrio Longo, the largest Latino gang in Long Beach.

Damien "Tiny Time Bomb" Dollar, 19, an Insane Crip gang member was shot & killed on January 11, 2020 in the neighborhood of Morningwood during a small party hosted by different Insane Crip gang members. During the party at one point where various members from ICG were flaunting their weapons for a video to be posted on social media, Dollar followed the group and was flaunting his weapon as well. Some time afterwards Dollar kept playing with his weapon in an attempt to gain cool points from several different attendees at the party when his gun went off and killed him in the process due to his poor trigger discipline. 

 

A celebration in remembrance of him and to show thanks of when he was present was held on 11/21/2020 by several members of ICG.

After waking up to a mean hangover the day after the celebration for Tiny Time Bomb, Tracy introduces his clothing brand to a few of his homies in search of some sort of approval. He manages to sell a few shirts and hoodies, kick starting his business. He would later on go to use the same money he made from the clothes to get more hoodies and shirts printed from the local print shop. To his surprise, his idea was met with an overwhelming amount of support from his friends even though he was expected for the complete opposite.

(Montez Bennett a/k/a T-Stone1 is one of the new upcoming rappers from Del Perro Beach that has been buzzing among his homies. Being that he has his own home studio set up in his room and knows how to record his own music he often encourages other ICG members to follow in his footsteps. Tracy only has one video that circulated around social media in which he raps, this happened back in his freshman year. It's obvious that he doesn't take rap as seriously as he takes other things; some of which that shouldn't be a priority at all. This doesn't detour Bennett from being persistent in his efforts to encourage him to take up rapping again but more seriously this time.)
