There's a difference between selling vehicles and starting an auction. When deciding for and handling it as an auction, it should follow proper regulations. Too bad auction management is not keeping a close eye on it to make sure regulations are followed.

Not when advertising it on an auction platform in which they agreed to the terms of use and service. Sure anyone can do what they please, but then they should not be surprised if said auction platform prohibits them from using their services in the future for violating the ToS.
