uy77
I was in a car with two other people who heard rock music playing on XM radio, and all I hear 80s disco music. Edited November 25, 2020 by uy77 Link to comment
orca112
You have to turn off the GTA native radio, a temporary fix would be going to the ESC menu -> Game Settings -> Audio and there switch the radio station until you make it to "Radio Off". The radio music stream is seperately and can be turned on/off and volume adjusted on an overlay to the bottom right on the screen you can show through the /radioshow command and disable through /radiohide. 1 Link to comment

orca112
I believe you can turn off the native radio through the audio options (radio volume) when in Singleplayer. Although the game changelog form March 18 this year stated the following so I am not too sure whether it is a bug the radio is not disabled permanently or intended. Quote The native GTA radio will now be disabled in your vehicles if you're using the XM radio 1 Link to comment
