Refer to what I said then, allow only legal factions to run a command that checks in what state they are to ensure they RP their injuries accordingly. The idea behind the suggested command is pretty self explanatory. Player B is on the ground, scriptwise downed. Player A does /checkpulse Player B Player B does /checkpulseconfirm * Player B has no pulse/has a pulse. Link to comment

If somebody has 5+ bullets in their chest and they are trying to survive it, submit a report. Same for people with headshots. Link to comment

Pulses can be waaay too varied for this to work as intended, it'd also have to mean a script for FD to be able to administer drugs. I agree with this suggestion though. A lot of people MG it.
