/speedlimiter shorthand

Short description: Add alternate shorthand commands to utilize /speedlimiter

Detailed description: So /speedlimiter is a fantastic alternative to cruise control that tends to be a lot less buggy. However, it's a long command and when driving it's not terribly hard to just glide into a tree as you're trying to change your speed via /speedlimiter. So, a shorthand version would be awesome.

Commands to add: /sl ##/off - Shorthand version of current /speedlimiter command

How would your suggestion improve the server? Quality of life improvement.

This is correct. /sp is the shortened alternative for the speed limiter.

Could be nice to have one like there is for cruise control on a key press. Just a Quality of Life thing.
