Unrent via the UCP

Short description: Provide an option to unrent a property in the UCP.

Detailed description: Currently as a property owner you can kick tenants via the UCP which is convenient. But I think being able to unrent properties via the UCP would also be helpful and save time.

How would your suggestion improve the server?: Save time for players and simplify things.

This should definitely be implemented, saves the stress of having to travel to the property in-game when you can do most other things via the UCP.
