A notes/information marker collaboration

Short description:  Add the ability to set a “note” in a position that people can walk up to to view.

Detailed description: My idea for this would be for this system to combine the concepts of the notes system and the information marker system. Basically the note would be set in a position where an info marker would be placed on the ground. When a player walks over this position they could tap a key to bring up that photo exactly how it comes up when you use the notes system. (F4 would then be used to close the photo)

Commands to add: /createphotomarker (inv slot of created note) (duration) ?

Items to add: None

How would your suggestion improve the server?This would open up the possibility for an art museum of sorts (assuming you could place more than one At a time). Having this may spring up more careers as artists as well. This would also be handy for creating visual fliers, menus, graffiti, and other visual signs. 

Additional Information: A similar system could be implemented for just graffiti in itself. A city maintenance job could allow an employee to go around removing such graffiti.

This could also be another great remedy for restaurant / bar menus besides the ability to show someone a note. People can just walk up and view it. Love the idea. Supported.

Never thought about roleplaying artists, but with this implementation you could really do it and have fun. +1
