Adding rape to the list of banned offensive roleplay

Hi guys,

 

Evidently this is something a lot of people feel really strongly about for completely understandable issues, and I think we've got a good array of views represented for me to forward this to the rest of the staff team for an internal debate before it can be pushed to the next rendition of the rules once a consensus is achieved, so thank you all for sharing your thoughts.

 

I've unfortunately come to the conclusion of having to lock this thread - while people should feel free to discuss topics such as this and we as a staff team wholly welcome it, the abhorrent personal attacks thrown around are not acceptable. When working with sensitive topics it's common courtesy to be sensitive to others' experiences, belittling them, doubting them, or insulting them does not make you look right, it makes you look like a horrible person.
