Smoother weather transitions

Short description: Make the transition of weather smoother.

Detailed description: Instead of going from extra sunny weather to rain or thunder weather, as they're called in the game, I suggest a cycle of:

Extra Sunny > Clear > Clearing > rain > thunder > rain > clearing > clear > extra sunny

 

Just makes a lot more sense to have it more of a gradual change rather than... One second being all sunny, the next pouring with rain.

I agree with this. Its stupid for it to be raining one minute and then sunny the next.

St3fan already already scripted the weather as clouds then light rain then heavy rain then clouds again. But I do agree weather changes very abruptly and not nearly as smooth as singleplayer or GTAOL.

I'm not entirely sure about that tbh, the change tonight was very very sudden.

Agreed. This kinda needs to be a thing. The transition doesn't seem very smooth currently. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it's far from perfect. This needs a rework in my opinion. Longer transmission times. First cloudly for a long time, then light rain for another longer period of time, then rain for even longer and then it should slowly clear. That's just an example tho.
