POP-G / Proven On Point is a loose criminal gang of peckerwoods that operate state wide. While most members are serving life terms in maximum security prisons across the state, some are still actively representing on the streets.

OOC - Proven On Point has been a gang specifically tailored to grow and develop from in-character circumstances and situations and each and every one of the member's has committed to the current state of the gang from an in-character perspective.

This faction aims to portray a realistic nomadic peckerwood faction with ties to the San Andreas prison system and more specifically the White Supremacy gangs within it. Most notably, The Aryan Brotherhood. The goal and purpose of this faction is maintain a high standard of quality roleplay and tailor it's membership to encourage individual character development within the much broader context of a state wide gang. Recruiting for the gang is most commonly done through the means of clout within the the correctional facility and willingness to put in work. However it is not entirely uncommon to be recruited from street credibility.

On July 17, 2017, a wanted criminal who goes by the name of Thomas "Skinny" Miller was apprehended by a Gang Enforcement Unit due to outstanding charges from the state of Arizona. Mr Miller, who is now known to the department as "The Motel Menace" was arrested on suspicion of illicit narcotic trafficking and the robbery of a liquor store in Phoenix, AZ.

On questioning from our correspondent, the Gang Enforcement Unit detailed that Mr Miller had been actively "Rippin n Runnin" from state to state for some time and that local jurisdiction has been made aware of his presence from wary truckers who had interactions with Miller throughout their stops on Route 68.

The suspect was a known regular at the Lazy Days Inn Motel who the owner described as "A bit on edge but very polite."

The Gang Enforcement Unit planned to raid Room 11 at the Lazy Days Inn upon receiving a tip off that Miller had been seen smoking cigarettes from his window and actively shouting at strangers who were checking in throughout the night.

Upon entry an officer of the unit informed us that "Skinny" was receiving oral sex from a known sex worker within the area. And that he quickly scrambled for his M1911 semi-automatic pistol before quickly being charged to the ground by three members of the Gang Enforcement Unit.
The bust was a success for the unit who had managed to uncover a Model 870 Remington Shotgun, a substantial amount of Methamphetamine and what we believe to be around $13000 in dirty cash.

The spokesperson for the Gang Enforcement Unit later went on to state that Thomas "Skinny" Miller was a known gang affiliate with connections to White Supremacy Gangs across the state of San Andreas.

With further inspection and receiving validation pictures from the officers as a means of "gang education" it was noted that Mr Miller bared a heavy torso clad in White Supremacy ink, Viking artwork and what appeared to be a Target on his elbow. Officer Foster elaborated that these markings were all the tell-tail signs of gang affiliation here in the county.

Thomas "Skinny" Miller  is now being transferred to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility where he will await shipping back to Arizona, pending trial.
