NOTES: I currently lease out three properties with this firm and I can hands down say that I have never had a more professional service when it comes to property management. From repairs, to renovations, to sales, to advertisement, Whites Estates has it all covered! The fee's are reasonable and the organisation is by far the best servicey money can by right now. I will never go back to solo leasing after using Whites. 

 

Would recommend.

NOTES: Truly amazing company they deal with everything for us and keep us well updated. I really wouldn't want to solo lease after using White Estates because we still get a huge cut of the profits and don't have to deal with anything what so ever on our end. Any time I see our tenant he's over joyed with the property still and how White Estates treats him every week!
