Heroin well known as one of the worst things a person can fall into, only topped by synthetics such as methamphetamine. With a low recovery rate for addicts and even those who manage to get clean often relapse, returning to the substance. The relapse rate is believed to be around 88%, that being the average number from multiple studies carried out, in comparison the relapse rate of cocaine is somewhere around 55%. With euphoria just one needle away, it's hard to refuse once hooked.
