Fl00der
So, my question is, since GTA V can be played on Linux because of Proton, I wanna ask that if it's possible to run the Rockstar Games version of GTA V, and if so, is it possible to get Rage up and running with it? HerpToTheDerp
Only if you use Wine. Rage doesn't have a version made for Linux so that only leaves you to run the Windows files for Rage through wine. https://rage.mp/forums/topic/8035-ragemp-linux-client/ Link to comment
Fl00der
I thought about the same thing, but does it work well? Link to comment

Fl00der
The guy in the topic said that it crashed for him, sooo... I guess I'll have to wait a little, but I dunno. Link to comment
Seanny
Honestly, until the day GTA V gets ported to Linux (which is unlikely), you'll probably need to just use Wine for now. Link to comment
Fl00der
Yep. I don't think that they'll port it either, it wouldn't worth their time honestly. Link to comment
icarusfeather
Nah, they're just gonna keep porting it to the new generation of console until the end of time. Link to comment
