/vscrap improvement.

Short description: A rework on the current /vscrap system. 

 

Detailed description: As it currently stands, the /vscrap command has the ability to be done at anytime and at any point throughout the map. With the recent boom in industry for both garages and scrapyards alike there are more than enough businesses to support a change in the system as proposed here. I would like to propose that the command is restricted to a business marker of either a garage or scrapyard. Once the roleplay has been done of dismantling the vehicle completely a worker for said business will use the command to scrap the vehicle and yield SCRAP METAL from the vehicle like you would if you were to scrap it through the script. 

 

However, due to these vehicles not being sought after on the list through the "WANTED VEHICLES" menu it would still yield the base scrap value in cash to the player looking to scrap their vehicle and a LOWER yield in scrap metal to ensure the "WANTED VEHICLES" list remains active for that illegal sector.

How would your suggestion improve the server? The suggestion allows for a more realistic environment when it comes to scrapping vehicles, it also aids access into the more lucrative business of scrap metal, decreasing the over inflated prices of such items as lockpicks and switchblades.

Also, people who RP restoration could have the ability to find a broken car an restore it over time as well.
