Legate
How do you guys feel about the cost of living being automatically taken from your characters bank account in order to simulate real life expenses, increase the value of money, and stimulate job roleplay? Discuss Link to comment
Tennplugg
How would this be calculated though? That’s my main concern. we shouldn’t remove the exact same money from everyone, because someone with 1mil in their account wouldn’t have the same expenses as a gangbanger Link to comment
Paenymion
I'd prefer actual hunger/thirst indicators which compel people to actually go and buy food and drink ? 6 1 Link to comment
SULLI
Allow people to get into dept too. -$9000 in the red and need gas for your supercar? Oh dear! Link to comment
Dos Santos
This would be rather interesting, but they should be given a certain amount of time living in their property before they're evicted, and then they're required to pay the money back before they can purchase anything else. Link to comment

I don’t think this is suppose to have anything to do with property, just something to stimulate jobs. Link to comment

Joshey
yeah sounds good. i would honestly like to rp being poor instead of being subsidised 200k by the government for my first 40 hours of existence Link to comment
Gryphboi
Different characters have different lifestyles and assets, and that's without accounting individual RP that's included in that. GTAW's economy is already flawed in the sense that some things are priced based on subjective analysis like "oh this car LOOKS nice, even tho its a basic model domestic car with subpar performance, so I'll price it at $348K". To implement any form of automated cost of living you'd need to rework the entire in-game economy from the ground up, just to keep things fair for everybody. 4 Link to comment
