Clearly display the tax when selling a vehicle

Short description: As the title states, add a line of text when you sell a vehicle to indicate that you have not collected the full amount (unlike how it is for now).

Detailed description: Add a line of text when you sell a vehicle to indicate that you haven't collected the full amount (as currently stated). 

For now, if you sell a vehicle for $30,000, it indicates that you sold (or collected) it for $30,000. In reality, you obtained only the 95 percent of the amount, but not everyone will notice the -small- uncollected amount that goes to the government, as it doesn't indicate that taxes are applied and it can be misleading for new players. 

 

The added line can correspond to : "You have been taxed 5% when selling your vehicle." or "You have been taxed 5% when selling your vehicle, which corresponds to $X."

How would your suggestion improve the server? Small change so people are aware that taxes exist when selling a vehicle. Just as you're aware that there are taxes when you get your paycheck, or when you deliver a crate with the trucker job.
