/take & /place - User Feedback Addition

Short description: Add user feedback for the /take and /place commands for LEO factions.

Detailed description: User feedback is vital in communicating when performing actions. With the recent removal of the automatic /ame's when using these commands, it is difficult to determine whether or not a weapon was taken out or placed into or out of the unit.

An example of a client-side message to confirm their actions: You have taken out X from the vehicle! You have placed X into the vehicle!

How would your suggestion improve the server? User feedback messages such as the one suggested improves user experience overall. Having confirmation messages knowing that an action was performed successfully would prevent mistakes or having to manually check by getting out of the vehicle initially, to see whether or not the weapon you have taken out is in the weapon wheel.

Love the suggestion - while our RP lines are needed, it's always good having the official line saying "You have taken blank" just for confirmation. To many times when I have put in the command, and second guess myself after the RP lines if I actually have the firearm or not.

It is very important in a critical situation where adrenaline is running to know if you took the lethal shotgun or the rubber bullet one, because most of the times you won't have time to change.

Many times have I roleplayed taking my rifle, and did /take and stepped out with a sniper rifle feeling like an idiot.

I have struggled recently with knowing if I have taken a weapon out after RPing it. Definitely needed and supporting!

In definite support of this! I also too, took out a Sniper Rifle in due shootout like a doi-doi, instead of a Patrol Rifle. So like the /vtitem and /ptitem stuff, I'd love to see a "You have taken a [ITEM] from the gunrack/vehicle." on client side, and not roleplay-line.

Happened to me as well. I withdrew a Sniper Rifle instead of the SMG, making myself look like a fool in the middle of a situation. A chatbox confirmation message would be awesome to have. Something like... "You took a(n) SMG/Rifle/Sniper/whatever from slot X."

Yep.  It's also dumb when you store a weapon but you don't know if it actually registered.  Should've been implemented from the start.  Maybe not via an automatic RP line, but just something OOC in chat that says your have taken or stored "x".
