Hope Health Community Center was designed to serve the people of Los Santos and assist them in times of need. The center provides various services and is open 24/7 to allow said services whenever required. 

- The community center houses a community shelter with emergency accommodation with 4 rooms equipped with a warm bed, community bathrooms, entertainment options, and a personal storage. 

 

-The community soup kitchen will consist of a team of volunteers that will serve hot meals to anyone who needs it. 

 

- If anyone requires medical attention at any time outside of clinic working hours, our medical team would be available to provide it, house visits included. That ward includes a fully stocked pharmacy, providing medications at the lowest rates.

 

- The community center will also host various community activities and meetings on different topics. AA meetings, health promotions courses, educational youth activities and more. 

 

 

Open positions

 

Management positions: 

 

- General managers:  for Hope Health Center / Hope Health Community Center / Hope Dental Clinic - The general manager would be the one holding the management role of the corresponding establishment. Among their responsibilities would be the fluent daily operations of the establishment, openings and supervision, staff management.

 

- Volunteers Program / Soup kitchen supervisor  - The responsibility of this position would be to manage and supervise the volunteers program at the community center. That includes selecting, training, and supervising the volunteer staff at the soup kitchen and the housing solutions.

 

- Medical ward supervisor - As these services will be provided by the community center upon opening, it will be the responsibility of the supervisor to manage the program of the medical house calls and the medical ward of the center. That includes the establishment of the procedure guidelines and the corporation with the other departments, shall it be required.  Mandatory requirement: M.D or nurse practitioner qualifications. 

 

- Community leader - The responsibility of the community leader would be to develop and supervise the community programs and activities within the center. Should that be the classes or the activities, the supervisor would manage the day to day organization of these, communication with any third party program leaders and internal development of said programs. 

 

- Pharmacy manager - The main responsibility of the manager is to oversee the day to day functioning of the pharmacy. Handling orders, deliveries, stock lists, managing the pharmacy team. Pharmacist qualification is required. 

 

Other positions: 

 

- Receptionists - The receptionists are in charge of the front desk, maintaining the database, directing the visitors and organizing the day to day openings. The receptionists are able to work at any of the medical centers under Hope Health Group, alongside the community center. 

 

- Soup kitchen volunteers - The volunteers at the soup kitchen would be responsible for it's overall operation. Assisting the preparation and distributions of the food, along with maintaining the order of the dining room and the dish washing after. 

 

- Qualified pharmacists - The pharmacists would operate the pharmacy day to day business, serve patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring patient drug therapies.

 

- Cleaning staff - Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated center areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc). That includes both the center and the accommodation rooms.
