Election: Democratic Party Releases Official Statement on Veteran Abuse Claims

The LS Democratic Party has released an official statement to LSNN addressing allegations that Democratic Committee Assistant Director, Chloe Collins, abused veterans at the Uniform Coffee Shop last week.

 

Party Chairman Mr. Charles Galloway stated:

 

"The Democratic Party has carefully reviewed the last events (that) happened between an employee of the party - named Chloe Collins - and some members of the San Andreas Veteran Association. We've set up a commission formed by executive personnel of the party and we recently reached...a decision.
 

Miss Collins will publicly apologize for any difficulties she may have caused to the Veteran Association. She will face a final warning within the party as (an) act of reprimand. Furthermore, the lady asked to donate towards the Veteran association as she fully supports their core vision.
 

In addition to that, we would like to add that certain statements released by (witnesses) have been slightly altered. However, The Democratic Party will let this (pass) and truly apologizes to the association for the altercation."

 

Ms. Collins' apology is as follows:

 

"I would like to apologise (for) any inconvenience that have offended the honored and valued members of the San Andreas Veteran's Association. It was not my intention to offend or cause harm. I respect the veterans and all they have done for this country, and will strive to avoid any more issues arising."

 

LSNN will continue to monitor and report on election issues as they arise.

As a Veteran myself, I support my brothers and sisters, and will gladly provide each and every service member with the dignified support that they deserve. Comment: Chloe Collins hates our military. To refer to our veterans as "mass murderers" is a disgusting remark to give to our brave troops whom have sacrificed so much for this great nation. If you wanted to provide each and every service member with the dignified support they deserve, you should have been outraged by the decision of your own party to not remove Ms. Collins from her post as the Democratic Committee Assistant Director. I've seen nothing from you since the incident to suggest otherwise. You've been silent. Calling Veterans mass murderers only gets you a "final warning"? Despicable. Disgraceful. Her "apology" is just to save her ass and her job. She would have never said it in the first place if she didn't believe it.

 

You should be ashamed of a party who is willing to associate themselves with anyone who acts and speaks like that. These men and women fought for this country and as a Veteran yourself, you should've been the first one to speak out against this woman whether she was part of your own party or not. Democrats clearly don't support veterans and anything you say from this point on is just empty words until that woman is removed from her position and denounced by the Democratic party.
