Short description: [...] for speaking over the phone.

Detailed description: So I'm sure everyone has gone through it themselves but when you're speaking over the phone and one person says their goodbyes, sometimes there's a lengthy pause of nothing being said and the other person is wondering whether they're typing out a longer reply or just don't know how to hang up. With this suggestion, much like the standard talking one where the [...] appears over someone's head, it indicates that the players is talking. Of course the only way I could see this working is if the [...] appears in the chat, but my issue is obviously this would create spam if it continued until the player typed out their reply.

How would your suggestion improve the server? Quality of Life? 

Additional information: This will need help from other people more in the knowledge on how this could work, or if it can work at all.
