Interesting, trying this as my character always looks off for others and I'm literally spamming /glasses on every 2 minutes.

Edit: You've done a great job finding a solution to this issue! It also works in the other menu just gotta ensure that the sliders all are between the numbers you've mentioned in the main post!

The issue with the CEF Surgery menu, it does not show percentage of the slider along with arrows to increase or decrease by 1 buttons.

Exactly, anyhow I think this bug can be fixed by simply not allowing players to use values such as -100, 100, or 0 in either of the surgery menus and upon character creation. Which would eliminate the sync bug that's been here for a very long time.
