Could also be used to RP vehicle damages, perhaps. (E.g. "Small dent on front left fender" or smth)

Moderation would come down to the players I assume, I can't see a way of introducing a system that tracks if what players add is lore breaking or not, it would be subject to player scrutiny in a sense

I like this suggestion, definitely would help a lot and shouldn't(?) be too hard.

This could be done the same way injuries are displayed to, a command like /vsdamages could be added for this as well.
