/createdrink show what the base alcohol is

Recommended Posts

Detailed description: CUrrently when you /createdrink in a bar script from any alcohol you end up with a Name (drink), for example Rum & Coke (drink) or Mojito (drink).
Instead it could say Rum & Coke (Rum) or Rum & Coke (Rum based drink). To easily see what it's made from. This way the script would support the rules and economy a little bit more by preventing anyone from creating expensive champagne from the cheapest liquor for example.

Commands to add: None.

Items to add: None.

How would your suggestion improve the server?: I guess it would support/force bars to use the actual product to create a more elaborate drink, and in turn offer better support for suppliers, retailers and manufactures RP.

Additional information: Kind of a hotfix for the current script system with alcohol but maybe it's easy to do and would suffice for now, maybe later a more elaborate system where alcohol is supplied instead of created in liquor stores or RP breweries would support it better (or not :D).. Or later expand on the brewery job to supply all the other type of alcohols + a supplier role for imports maybe? Not sure what would be most free form RP but also prevent cheating the system.

I support adding this.

Right now it's SUPER easy to /createdrink a cocktail that is (for example) composed of Vodka, but the bartender could /createdrink it with a rum base, thus profiting off of the difference between the two price points.

It's not really a big deal, but it prevents powergame that could potentially be used in the eyes of a grinding bartender :).

Didn't fully see this before. Brewers can make "Craft Liquor" which can be renamed to anything they want as long as it's RP'd correctly. It's a better system than it used to be, only issue is that most brewers are in it for the quick buck and not the brewer role play and thus don't stick around very long to make a lasting impact. There are a few, but not many. Not to digress from the suggestion, but just wanted to clarify.
