Just 25 minutes after his conversation with Rudy Coreas, Josue appeared infront of the crowd of MS-13 affiliates and declared that from then on, he'd be the Mara Salvatrucha's keyholder for San Andreas, and also the Mara Salvatrucha's overall leader across the United States. This revelation came following the assasination of Dustin Vasquez which was ordered by Xiomara in the days before her death.
