With certain  CK's and the eventual absence of a few key figures within the San Andreas Program of MS-13, only the Palomino Locos is left standing in K-Town. The faction has been changed up a little to reflect this.

Since the murders and incarcerations of their shotcallers, the Palomino Locos are being led by newer generations of the clique. They have vastly shrunk in number over the past several years due to murders, incarcerations and deportations. Occasionally, they will temporarily lose members when they enlist in the U.S. Army or the U.S. Marines, although this practice is no longer common nowadays. In 2011, the clique was struck with an injunction by the Los Santos Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Division. The police managed to arrest 24 members of the clique; 5 still remain at-large this day, and are suspected to have fled to Mexico and Central America.

The 24 members of the clique were all middle and upper echelon members, and had significant influence throughout Los Santos, Los Santos County and the remainder of Southern San Andreas. All of these 24 members were sentenced to either life without parole or were put in state prisons for extremely long sentences. In the streets, the Palomino Locos were crippled and without effective leadership. The clique became fractured along several factions, and most of these factions split away to join other cliques throughout the city. Between 2017 and 2019, Xiomara 'La Zombie' Coreas was appointed the new top shotcaller of the Palomino Locos by Marlon 'El Sacerdote (The Priest)' Coreas, with special permission from incarcerated keyholder Josue Saca from his Alderney prison cell.

When Xiomara Coreas was granted entrance into the upper echelons of the Mara Salvatrucha's San Andreas (National) Program in the form of being the MS-13's keyholder for San Andreas and in turn, liaison between the MS-13 and the Mexican Mafia, she hastily appointed her husband Josue 'Lil Bandit' Zelaya as the new leader for the Palomino Locos. Josue Zelaya had garnered a very feared reputation for himself among the Salvadoran community, with the reputation of something of a 'warlord' for the street gang, his newfound position within PLS was accepted an encouraged by Josue Saca, who heard the news from his Alderney prison cell aswell.

As the months went by, the clique was put through many trials and tribulations. The clique's leadership switched rather quickly once again as Xiomara Coreas was shot down by the LSPD while being pursued for killing a member of the Los Santos Police Department. Lindsey 'Molly Macc' Flores and Sophia 'Lil Blue' Coreas were also allegedly arrested and given life sentences in a following raid. Josue Zelaya quickly assumed the top spot within the Mara Salvatrucha in San Andreas, leaving his new appointed leader and the leaders, including his most trusted homeboy Yadiel Ayala to their own devices within the small, but tightly knit and heavily organized clique.

Nowadays, most members of the Palomino Locos are within some stage of the state or federal criminal justice systems. Well over half of the clique are presently incarcerated in U.S. state and federal prisons. This particular MS-13 clique maintains a very low profile in the streets, and maintains its historic stronghold of southern Little Seoul, with the incarcerations of many of its leaders, along with Josue 'Lil Bandit' Zelaya who is currently in custody at the Los Santos county jail for the alleged murder of a man and his girlfriend in their Mirror Park home.

The Mara Salvatrucha 13 Palomino Locos (PLS) faction as it stands is a fictional portrayal of a tightly knit Mara Salvatrucha clique which is known for being heavily organized and extremely vicious in its criminal pursuits and is presently operating out of Little Seoul and other 'Westside Los Santos' neighborhoods.

To a lesser extent, the faction is a fictional portrayal of the Mara Salvatrucha itself along with its 'San Andreas' Program or 'Ranfla' as it struggles to rebuild itself and its respective cliques to their former glory of the 1990's and early 2000's while establishing the Mara Salvatrucha's presence wherever possible.

This faction is heavily based off of, but not entirely based off of the Normandie Locos Salvatruchos MS-13 clique that operates out of Koreatown, Los Angeles.
