The city is bordered to the north by the neighbourhood of Strawberry, to the east by Rancho, to the west by Chamberlain Hills, and to the south by Banning.

Davis is a poverty-ridden city with a high crime rate and significant gang violence between the Bloods and Crips, similar to its bordering neighbourhoods in the city of Los Santos.

Move_To_Davis_3.png
South and southwest Davis is primarily residential and heavily populated by small, single-family homes, often with bars installed on the windows and doors to prevent burglaries. However, the busy roads of Carson Avenue and Davis Avenue, located further to the northeast of Davis, are more commercial and contain many smaller businesses and stores. The population is mostly African-American.

DAVIS is a place infamous for its violent gangs and dirty streets. Extending from the remains of a once prosperous suburban community, Davis has become a broken city, reflected through its society and reputation. The poverty stricken South LS (South Central) area is now recognized nationwide by one thing, and one thing only. Its gangs.

The Davis Crips are a large umbrella, made up of several gangs located throughout the city of Davis, San Andreas. The Davis Crips were founded by Mac Thomas, in the 1960s. Mac Thomas' Davis Crips were allies of the Westside Crips (Strawberry, Chamberlain Hills) led by Stanley "Tookie" Williams, who is also the co-founder of the Crips.

Mac Thomas and Tookie Williams were introduced by a mutual friend to Raymond Washington, the founder of the Eastside Crips (Rancho) and co-founder of the Crips. However, in 1971, Mac Thomas had animosity toward Raymond Washington for forming an alliance with the Piru Park Family (Piru Crips), who were arch enemies of the Davis Crips. Nevertheless, by 1970, the Piru-Crip alliance soon imploded after various conflicts.

Mac Thomas and Raymond Washington were both arrested over separate situations. Meanwhile, back on the streets, their gangs divided into smaller sets the Original Swap Crips and the Grandee Davis Crips were the first subsets of the Davis Crips to emerge. By the mid-1980s, there were over 20+ gangs underneath the Davis Crips umbrella.

D.C. Riders

D.C. Riders (Davis Crip Riders) pronounced DC Ridas, and often spelled with a Z (DC Ridaz). DC Riders was discovered by Fredrick "Baby Gangster" Staves, who represented the Santana Blocc Davis Crips. Fredrick formed it alongside Marcel "Big Marcellus" Johnson in the Los Santos County Jail in 1986. The DC Ridas consist of all Crip gangs under the Davis Crip brand in an alliance.

It was a rough three months for Javaris in Youth Authority. The time spent there consisted of almost daily rumbles with rivaling neighborhoods and extremely emotional moments due to missing friends and family on the outs. The average gang member would refer to Youth Authority as "gladiator school" because of the high gang presence and tensions; it's a matter of survival when you're behind those walls. You're gonna win fights and you're gonna lose some, it's all about maintaining and carrying yourself a certain way. You don't turn down fades, you deal them out like they're free because you, yourself, are considered a representative of the neighborhood you're from as long as you're there. In Javaris' case, he's a representative of South Side Davis Crip and had to do his part for the turf.

Upon being released, he's given his papers and is scooped up by his grandmother, Bethany Stewart, who's glad her grandson's out but lectures him on the way home. The homies were so extra'd out that night, they mistook her car for a rival's and made an approach until they realized who they were. It was a close call.

After cleaning up and spending some time at home, Javaris attended a small party dedicated to him and Anjanae Webb for coming home. This is where he was spoken on by one of the G homies from the neighborhood, Double OG Big Brim. The following night, the homies fooled around and ended up racing up and down the street in their rides; everyone was drunk that night.

About a day after Javaris' release from Youth Authority, Shamica came through to do his braids again. They did some catching up and talked about Shamica's now ex-boyfriend, LaMonte Rhodes, and his adventures with the gang. He was apparently jumped by South Side Carson Crip gang members for bumping rival music in the neighborhood and has been harassing Shamica since.

This is where Shamica owned up to her interests in Javaris.

About an hour after Shamica is done with Javaris' head, Anjanae Webb, Shamica's cousin, was spotted on the block. She was heated and told Javaris about her getting hit in the mouth by a dude that hangs out with the Outlaw 20s Bloods. They met up with JaVanis Summers A/K/A Wattie 5500 afterwards and chopped it up about it.

The locs trooped up to Outlaw 20s neighborhood, prepared to run it up with Milton Fields. They were abruptly stopped by a reputable of the allied gang and they started to politic about it. This led to Milton Fields being beat by not only Anjanae but by one his own. Javaris didn't get to fight like he wanted to.

Before Keenon Love's release from Youth Authority, Javaris was informed by Rodrick Love that Keenon might not be able to go home afterwards. This is where Javaris asked his grandmother if his homeboy could stay until his situation with his family's taken care of.
