COMMISSIONS

 

Why hire Reign?

• Each Designer has extensive experience with an array of interior designs, and we will match the best one for you. We will do the hard work for you and give you options.
• Contracts are provided to ensure that the client will receive the full service paid for.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Reign has a process set in place for how we handle commissions to ensure that each request is treated with care and as efficiently as possible. Below we have detailed the steps involved in submitting a commission.

1. The request form is sent into Reign Executives.
    
2. The request is reviewed, and the first contact is made which is one of the following:
   1. There is insufficient preliminary information. Reign will ask for this to be provided and then review the request again.
   2. An invitation to a meeting is sent.
       
3. This meeting between the client and Reign representative will go more in-depth about the request and address any queries that may be outstanding at this moment in time. We hope to be able to achieve the following by the end of this meeting:
   1. Determine whether we can accept the project and if so;
   2. A quote on how much this would cost.
      1. Furniture
      2. Labor and Reign’s services
      3. Total cost
          
4. An estimated timescale for this to be completed.
5. Finalization to address contracts and policy.
6. A Designer is assigned to begin work on the project, the client must provide initial money to cover furniture costs and will be contacted if more funds are required, further information is detailed in the provided contract.
7. The project is completed with the reviewal of the client, finishing touches added.
8. Project is finalized and the agreed payment is paid to the Designer as per contract agreement.
