Multiple custom numbers per character

Short description: Allow multiple custom numbers

Detailed description: since we had the new phone system for a while we've been limited to one custom phone number per character. I'd like to see this amount raised to have multiple custom numbers for multiple phones.

Items to add:  Option for multiple custom numbers on your character

How would your suggestion improve the server? Gets rid of the useless 8 digit long numbers, people that use 2 phones for  personal and business will have the ability for 2 custom numbers
