Got 3 felonies (max in my country, I think Balkan countries in general, not sure). First one was getting involved in group fight that resulted with heavy damage impact on 3 individuals ( when you're getting charged for causing harm to someone, it's either heavy or lesser damage charge), got charged with 1 year of conditional discharge on that. Two months after that I got involved into 1v1 fight that resulted heavy damage as well (broken sternum bone and two fluctual ribs), got 2 years for that. And 4 years of criminal discharge for 14.8 g of weed split in 8 individuals packs ( I don't sell, we just had to buy in batch that's like that ) We ain't got it decriminalized in Bosnia, any amount is a felony with minimum 1 year of prison unless you haven't been charged before (then it's 2 years criminal discharge, but if you violate that same charge you're going to spend 1 year in prison in addition to the crime you just commit ) Thing is, I got 4 years because it's my last and third criminal discharge, usually you don't get third chance ( obviously ) but I had luck to commit 2 crimes in same day, lmao.
