Nervous Posted October 10, 2019 Share Posted October 10, 2019 (edited) Judiciary of San Andreas The Judiciary of San Andreas is composed of both the entire Judicial Branch of San Andreas, while also assuming some executive functions of the San Andreas Department of Justice in order to provide a comprehensive legal roleplay establishment for the exercise of law. The Judiciary of San Andreas handles BAR Licensing of private attorneys which may be found here, along with managing the District Attorney system of San Andreas which has been established here. It also handles any casefile work from traffic, civil, and criminal offenses along with the power to review warrants and interpret various statutory legal provisions. The Judiciary is lead by the Chief Justice of San Andreas, who's position is found within the IC Constitution of San Andreas here, and remains until resignation or removal.
