Cobra
Firefighters from #FireStation7 conducting a search and rescue drill using a training facility kindly lent to us by the #LSPD. The scenario; an unconscious woman inside a burning home. Firefighters had to feel around in zero visibility while blind-folded to discover the casualty, using only touch and hearing. They discovered the casualty and brought her out to a waiting Ambulance in under fifteen minutes. Train as if your life depends on it, because it does! #LSFD #Training Link to comment

JayO
Last night we were called to a scene of a burning building in Vespucci. Firefighters Sean Edwards, Mikayla Reed, Jenny Randall, Ashleigh Huston and Anastasia Newgate formed the two Engine companies and an Ambulance before rushing to the scene. What we saw was horrific, a commercial building engulfed in flames, explosions erupted through vespucci as the contents of the building caught fire. Edited August 17, 2019 by JayO 1 Link to comment
JayO
As the fire simmered down, Firefighters Jenny Randall and Anastasia Newgate approached the building throwing gallons of water through the windows. Firefighter Sean Edwards hailed over the radio ''Gonna start Primary Search for any victims!'' He heard a feint crackle over the radio as his Incident Command responded ''Go ahead''. Sean makes his way through the smoked out building, barely being able to see his hand in front of his face. He keeps calm and remembers his training as he sweeps every room and every nook and cranny. Initial search showed up clear but Sean wanted to double check... Sean Edwards: ''Primary Search Clear, gan' for another sweep just in case!'' Incident Command: ''Copy that Edwards, keep us updated.'' A few moments passed on Sean's second sweep. Some strange noises caught his attention as he looks around the smoke filled building. Sean Edwards: ''Edwards to IC, I hear some strange noi-..... *Empty Radio Static*'' Tragedy has struck, the building roof caves in on itself and on top of Sean. Trapped beneath a 7ft Steel T-Beam and covered in rubble he lays there unconscious and unresponsive. The Incident Command calls for a Mayday and Firefighters rush to the area and start searches for Sean. Lieutenant Anna Degtyarev and Engineer Ashleigh Huston are first to arrive, they battle their way through the collapsed structure with the only guide being the PASS alarm emitting from Sean's SCBA set. The hunt is on. Edited August 17, 2019 by JayO Link to comment
Sinatra
Really cool to see an FD take an active stance on other adventures in development other than just carrying people to and from the hospital, keep it up. Link to comment
