Bogatyr Posted January 21, 2022 Share Posted January 21, 2022 (edited) This faction has evolved into The Brothers' Circle, meaning that instead of a very broad crime scene, we are going forward with portraying a tight-knit supervisional Eurasian TCO consisting of powerful crime figures and leaders overseeing other relevant Eurasian OCGs in Los Santos. This concept is based on the real-life The Brothers' Circle TCO designated by the U.S. Department of Treasury. Joining is on an IC invite only basis from now on as well. After a series of in-game events, combined with the faction's newly acquired official status, the Muradyan-Parisyan Armenian Power cell is now arguably the dominant and enforcing EOC entity.
