Weapon Licenses & Serial Numbers

Hi, my proposition is the following: When buying a firearm from a gun store, have a unique serial number attached to each firearm, for example, 47829. The serial numbers could be scratched off by roleplay means if the weapon is being used for illegal intents.

I have seen this before in the past on SA-MP. Would be a really great addition for firearm roleplay.

Also the ability of filing the number off, along with the ability to track PF abuses xD

Then if a gun had been used in a murder it would give the player an incentive to try get rid of it. For example, selling it to a criminal and if the gun was ever located it could possibly be traced to the murder that happened ages ago. I don't really know how all that shit works though.
