I'm pretty sure a support staff, admin or management can help you out. Like people have said above, state your issue and they'll help.

So when I first heard of GTAW I didn’t really know anything about it so I had asked my homie if he can get me a account cause I was watching him play and then he said send me 20$ and I’ll go buy you one and I said ok and then once he paid for it he taught me how to get on and stuff then when I logged on it wasn’t letting me play or anything then I checked on the ucp thingy and I refreshed my screen and I was banned and I didn’t really know what to do so I kept trying to load back in and then I just stopped trying to a while and now I made my own ucp and I did the application and it got accepted and then every time I tried to load in it wouldn’t let me and someone told me I might still be banned due to the other account I had being banned and then he said they might think your ban evading - i told the other this and just got blocked..

This doesn't need Nervous' intervention. Go through the standard processes of ban appeal etc. You have a history of attempted evading
