When I do this method and upload it, the gif seems to be really delayed and laggy. The photoshop is fine just not the gif, do you know any fixes?

Hey, I come across this issue sometimes as well but it fixes itself most if not all of the time. After I upload the GIF to imgur, it'd play out laggy a few times before it corrects itself and plays normally. Not sure what may cause the issue besides internet or RAM
