The West Boulevard Crips are believed to be a branch-off gang from the Rollin 60's Neighborhood Crips, due to an older member moving to the area before establishing the gang. Their identification aligns with those of the Deuces (2x), which is more of a West Los Santos thing rather then a South Central thing due to only a few gangs falling under this specific umbrella, outside of the Neighborhood / Rollin card. Other gangs that are considered and claim 2x are those like the Geer Gang Crips, Schoolyard Crips (formerly), Rollin 30's Harlem Crips, and the Venice Shoreline Crips.

 

This particular gang belongs to the Morningwood area, between West Eclipse Boulevard to the north, Boulevard Del Perro to the south, Morningwood Boulevard to the east, and the Del Perro Freeway to the west. Because of their location and association, they typically go at it with the gangs that claim Trays (3x) and gangs that are Bloods. The Rollin 20's Neighborhood Bloods, Black P. Stone Bloods, and Brims are by far their most prominent enemies, with war stories that date all the way back to the early 2000's. For the other crip gangs that identify as Gangster Crips or Trays, their main enemies are typically the West Los Santos Trays.
