North Bay DTO

North Bay DTO aims to portray a realistic drug-trafficking operation based out of Paleto Bay, which is also known colloquially as the "North Bay" or among locals as "The Bay." As the name implies, the faction will be a drug trafficking organization based out of Paleto Bay. This is not a street gang, nor will it function as one, instead it is a loose-knit group made up of suppliers, distributors, and dealers. This faction will mainly collaborate with and accept Caucasian and Hispanic characters, but exceptions can be made to incorporate characters from other backgrounds if leadership deems it appropriate. We intend on only accepting people that can tolerate a higher caliber of roleplay that is slower and more methodical than other concepts.
