How to install mods on RAGEMP

Will there be an all in one update soon? Debating on whether I should wait and install that, or just go with one of them now. I feel I might bork something by trying to switch it out later if I go with one, then switch when the AIO is posted since I'm new to modding GTA V.

Did anyone find a way to make the police/ems lights brighter using Redux?

So I got the mods working, went ingame to try it out.
Spawned at Vespucci so I went to the beach, to see how everything looks and it looked amazing, but then I looked at the pier and my eyes were shocked by a missing Ferris Wheel ?

Any clue why this happens?
Only got the body enhancement mods, and Visual V

nvm seems to be an issue just on GTA:W

The picture needs to be updated, for the LA road mod, you need to put the LA_ROADS folder in the dlcpacks for it to work.

whenever i install the enb from nvr, it just won't load? shift enter doesn't works.

Is there any chance to change clothing textures like that?

how exactly do you even use the archive fix and do it yourself, guide doesnt provide much insight on that
