custom ped

i wanted to know how is it possible to bring a realistic custom ped in here? 

 

i got custom clothes for him and everything , heres some pics and shit

Unfortunately custom peds are only brought in if it’s to help multiple factions. Not one offs. Such as the German Shepard ped having k9 textures.

You can only get his face by using an XML file / Menyoo for it. Regarding clothing, you can use your own clothing mods, but these usually don't work well with the server, as I often see people with missing torsos and random sequined shirts and hats. So I suggest you just get his face and adjust everything else to your liking.
