Black Nitrile Gloves in /gloves

Detailed Description

The black nitrile gloves are on the server and available in the torso options in stores, they just need to be added to the /gloves command function.

How will it benefit the server?

Will make them nice and easy to use, already being in-game and all.

Edit: Also add the ones that are motorcycle styled gloves or the likes. Goes well with leathers.
