Stone: Not going to get straight into the proper interview, I want to chat with you for a minute... Who is Nicholas Saviano?

Anonymous: A dear dear friend of mine. Uh...Nick, for all intents and purposes, was the head of our end of things up in Vinewood.

Stone: I'm sorry for your loss.

Anonymous: Appreciate it...it is what it is.

Stone: You know who killed him?

Anonymous: Absolutely I do. His name's Frank. It's a long story how that came to be.

Stone: Frank? you got a full name on that?

Anonymous: Cascone...he's not a made guy but he runs with a group that used to be with us.

Long story short, he was part of a crew within our organization. There was a disagreement between leadership and it turned ugly...a few guys were killed. They went into hiding shortly after. A few months goes by and they pop back up with a few more guys. They tried to reach out to us to bury the hatchet but it was a setup.

One thing leads to another and their new head guy, John Amendola, gets killed over at Bar 54. His brother was the previous leader...he got killed over on Clinton in the original spat. Things go quiet for a while....meanwhile the guy that took over for John, this Frank guy, gets a contract on him and passed out to everyone in the state...and I mean everyone

Russians, Mexicans, the bikers, street gangs down in Davis, you name it. Three-hundred grand for his head. Nobody can find the kid. They set his apartment on fire, they sent hit teams to his bar, they can't find the guy. One morning Nick's walking out of a shop on Clinton and he gets gunned down. And that's where we're at.

Stone: And why do you think Frank killed Saviano? Retaliation for the contract or with the intention of running you guys out of Vinewood? Something else?

Anonymous: Honestly? I think it was more personal than anything. I think Frank felt a certain way about John and Victor getting killed and instead of seeking diplomacy he decided to do this. So right now, things have quieted down. Contract's still out on Frank's head it's only a matter of time before someone somewhere catches him.

Stone: And out of curiosity where is it that Frank's crew was, or is situated? Not the uhh Mission Row group is it?

Anonymous: They run out of Bar 54 but they hang their head downtown. The guys over at Mission Row are a different group. If you're talking about the guys at the Golden Goose then that's another group.

Stone: You hear After Dark burned down the other day?

Anonymous: Oh boy did I.

Above: Beluga burning down just before midnight on the 3rd of September.

Stone: And last night Beluga burned even brighter.

Anonymous: It sure did. Thankfully cooler heads have prevailed.

Stone: Meaning?

Anonymous: After Dark is with those Mission Row guys by the police station. That's who you're talking about, right?

Stone: Yes.

Anonymous: The story I was told is that someone connected to them pissed off some Russian. That Russian went rogue and torched After Dark....then the Mission Row guys retaliated and torched Beluga. The rumour is that neither group is interested in a conflict and it was the actions of low level jackasses that can't see further than three feet in front of them.

Stone: I see, well that fire at Beluga, that was pretty intense. Been a while since I've seen a building burn so hard. After Dark just burned for a few minutes.

Anonymous: I didn't know that. I just knew someone torched it. A meeting took place between the heads of those two groups and apparently squashed the issue amicably.

Stone: So back to the topic of Frank and - did he go by Nick or Nicholas?

Anonymous: Nicky.

Stone: So Frank and Nicky... Would you say your group has recovered and instated new leadership well despite your leader's death?

My source tells me that Ricky Castellani has taken over operations in the wake of Nicholas Saviano’s murder.

Stone: So is there anythin' else you were hoping to share with me today?

Anonymous: Right now, that's what I got for you.

Stone: Do you have anythin' to say to Frank?

Anonymous: To Frank? Nothing. I wish him well. I don't know him personally so I couldn't tell you anything about the guy one way or the other.

Stone: Thank you for taking the time to speak to me today, sir.

Anonymous: Anytime, anytime.

Comment:  LOL this is funny, does the mafia even still exist? If it does, it's probably in NYC and way smaller. This guy looks like he's just trying to come up with a fictional book about the mafia on the West Coast. Insider's trying to blow it out of proportion, lol. Crazy stuff, bro.
