I personally do not support this. I don't think anyone would use this command. If there's a car crash, an e-brake will not save you.

 

Also, just like IRL, you need to find proper parking and not park on side of the lane like everyone does in GTA:W which is super unrealistic. Sometimes, you should take a 2 minute walk.

idk where you live. but where I live, 90% of the time, you have no choice but to park on the side of the road. you have to parallel park for your driving test for a reason.

It happens in my country as well, people have to form new "lanes" and make more parking space. But in a city like Los Santos (which portrays Los Angeles), I doubt you can do this because you'd get towed immediately because it's illegal parking.

+1 was amusing to see my car move like 4 car spots throught the day, but after a while it got annoying having to move my car every 20 minutes back to a legal spot

I don't think you realise how many mechanics are added to the game to prevent abuse such as faction vehicles being locked to non-faction theft etc. The amount of people I've reported and not been ban/kicked as could be a "mistake" then 6 hours later of trolling they get ban/kicked.

How often people pick up tow players off intersections and put them beside pavement  for everyone you also are not aware of. PW will spend the evening reporting several cars every night... not great.

I wouldn't call stealing a faction vehicle abuse personally, that sounds more like vehicle theft to me. Having them locked down is just straight PG.
