Suggesting a /seatbelt command!

I'm unsure if this has been suggested before, or if it's even possible, but it would be very neat to be able to /seatbelt so you don't get ejected from a vehicle if you happen to crash out.

Would also be cool if you can't get out without taking it off, either!

It used to be a thing. Read these three threads first;

 There’s a topic on going about six pages in. I think however it should be a hotkey and not a command.

I made this a few weeks ago. If it makes it in, it will be in the form of a toggle in /settings. The script stops you from fatfingering the F-key, and will only let you get out of a car if you are driving below 10 km/hr (so you can still get out without ragdolling, but don't want to come to a complete perfect stand still).
