I was wondering how to import a menyoo file in my game (im new to gtaw)

Do you mean import a menyoo into creating your character? If so, go to the plastic surgeon location in-game and click the import button. Then copy the contents of the menyoo file and paste them in.

 

If you mean putting them into your singleplayer game, the path is different for interiors and characters. Interiors will go in Menyoo > Spooner.

 

Character menyoos will go Menyoo > Outfit.

 

Menyoo files from GTA:W can be exported from your UCP.

As Fanden said, you can import your GTA:W character from your UCP into your menyoo.
