Remove the minimum remaining asset limit required for asset transfers after an account has accumulated 120 hours

Once an account has reached 120 hours in total, or preferably, 40 hours each of 3 characters, it should be allowed to transfer assets from these characters even if it goes below the $200.000 in total assets on said character. With the recent changes in new player checks, this limit is no longer needed.

+1, just make the /charbasictransfer command be a one time use command you can do per character for any amount you want, capped at $200k
